Hello! Thanks for visiting my pet portrait page. My name is Steve Socha and I am an artist and architect living in downtown Toronto.
Growing up, I always loved drawing animals. Ever since my parents bought me a book on how to draw animals as a child, I have been illustrating our beloved four-legged friends. In 2015, I decided to take my love of drawing pets, and create a business – Pet Portraits Toronto.
Since then, I have drawn more than 50 commissioned pet portraits, shown below. You can read some of my testimonials to hear from some of my customers.
Every drawing is filmed in time lapse and added to my Youtube channel as a bonus, so you can see the illustration as it was created.
When I’m not drawing pet portraits, you can find me
- working as an architect,
- working on my other art business: Overlay Art,
- playing guitar and ukelele,
- throwing axes as part of the Backyard Axe Throwing League,
- taking care of our cat Rodney who has been with us for 14 years,
